Promotional Terms & Conditions – Monthly Reload Bonus
- This bonus will only be issued once per calendar month per player.
- In order to take advantage of this promotion the player’s bonus balance must be €0 before he or she triggers the bonus, this is to avoid abuse of the bonus.
- Players must deposit between € 10 and €100 to receive a 100% match from BlackjackHeaven.com.
- The bonus money will be held as “Pending” until the wagering requirement has been met. Players will be unable to withdraw or play with the bonus funds during this time
- The maximum cash amount a player will receive for this promotion will be € 100.
- You are required to wager your bonus credits 30 times before you may withdraw the bonus money.
- Heaven Casino operates factored wagering on bonuses, whereby certain games do not contribute 100% of the stake to the wagering requirements. To see what the different game varieties do contribute, please see the table below.
- All forms of Blackjack, Roulette and Video poker, Baccarat, Mini Baccarat, Casino War, Craps, Sic Bo and Pai Gow Poker are excluded from this promotion.
- Please note that should you attempt to withdraw your deposit prior to the completion of these wagering requirements then you will permanently surrender your bonus.
- If you do not meet the wagering requirements within 30 days of taking this promotion the bonus money and any winnings will be removed from your account.

Example: Player A deposits €100 and receives a 100% match of €100. Player must wager 25 x (100 + 100) = €5000. However player A prefers blackjack therefore €5000 counts for 20%. In order to fulfill the wagering requirements the player must then wager an additional €20,000 on Blackjack (a total of €25,000) or swap games and wager €4000 on slots.
