The player’s objective in video poker is to comprise the best five-card poker hand as possible. In Deuces Wild, twos are wild and can substitute for any other card to comprise a winning hand. Any hand equal to or greater than three of a kind wins; the higher the ranking, the higher the prize! Deuces Wild includes an optional bonus round that gives players the chance to double or quadruple any prize! The game is played with a standard 52-card deck, shuffled after each round.

Bet and Deal

In Deuces Wild, the player can play up to 5 credits per round, with each credit worth 0.25, 0.50. 1.00 or 5.00. After choosing the total bet, the player clicks DEAL to receive five initial cards.

Know When to Hold

The player can hold any of these five initial cards by clicking on the card directly or by clicking on the card’s corresponding HOLD button. Cards that comprise a winning hand (three of a kind or better) are automatically held for the player as long as the Auto Hold function is activated. The player can always click on any held card to de-select it if he would rather receive another card in its place.

Deal Again

After selecting which cards to hold, the player clicks DEAL again to receive new cards in the positions of the cards that were not held. If the player’s final five-card hand ranks equal to or greater than three of a kind or better, he wins according to the paytable clearly displayed on the game screen. The player wins even money (1:1) for three of a kind up to 4000 credits for a natural royal flush when he bets the maximum number of credits (5):

The Bonus Round

When the player wins a prize for his final hand, he can collect his prize immediately by clicking the COLLECT button or he can click the DOUBLE button to play an optional bonus round in an attempt to multiply his prize.
In the bonus round, one card is dealt face down. If the player correctly guesses the colour of the card (red or black), he doubles his prize. Alternatively, if the player correctly guesses the suit of the card (heart, diamond, spade or club), he quadruples his prize. Whenever the player successfully doubles or quadruples his prize, he is given the option to play the bonus round again (up to five times in succession) or to collect his prize and end the round.
